How the plan is built, stored and priced.

Health note: recipes are general suggestions. They may include common allergens such as gluten, milk, eggs, nuts and fish. Is this planner designed for US shoppers?

Yes. It uses American meal ideas, US customary quantities and familiar supermarket ingredients. Costs are rough estimates in US dollars, not live prices.

How do servings work?

Choose between 1 and 12 servings. The planner scales every ingredient in the grocery list and the estimated weekly cost. Recipe costs are per serving.

Is there a diabetic-friendly meal plan?

Yes. The planner includes a lower-carb starter week built around vegetables, lean protein, eggs, fish and fiber. It is general meal inspiration, not medical or dietary advice. If you manage diabetes, especially with insulin or glucose-lowering medication, review any plan with your clinician or dietitian.

Where is my plan stored?

In your browser's local storage, on this device. There is no account and no server copy. Clearing site data or using a private window will remove the saved plan.

Can I change or add meals?

You can swap any meal using the dropdown in each slot. The current library focuses on everyday American favorites. You can clear a slot and write your own plan alongside it, or request a recipe through the contact page.

Are the recipes allergy-friendly?

No. The planner is not medical or allergy advice. Recipes may contain gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, fish and other allergens. Always check labels and adapt recipes to your household's needs.

How accurate is the cost estimate?

It is a planning estimate based on average US ingredient costs. Supermarket prices, pack sizes and seasonal availability vary, so expect the final shop to differ.
